Honey

The Hebrew word for honey דבש (D'vash) has the numerical value of 306. The Hebrew word for rebuke מוסר (mussar) also has the numerical value of 306. We can draw a lesson that rebuke is best given with honey, and certainly not with anger, bitterness, and cynicism.

the numerical value difference between guf and neshamah is 306; torah, which is as sweet as honey can transform the guf to complete neshamah; mussar as well
